additional pillows courteous service personal belongings consent issue
The room was very clean. It included additional pillows. Breakfast was great. It was prompt and the service courteous.
I requested the room not be cleaned after the first day. Staff moved my belongings without my consent. A towel I had hung up had someone else's hair on it.

Really good Stay
superb breakfast accommodating host clean room easy access
The breakfast was superb and provided many options. The hosts were friendly and accommodating to every need. The room was well kept and clean with fresh towels daily. Its location allowed easy access to the promenade and various shops.
Street parking was a small challenge but manageable with a short walk

Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices including vegetarian and vegan options plus hot and cold selections. It was served in a dining room. The shower had good water pressure and consistent temperature for a comfortable experience.

The hotel is very close to the promenade and the pier as well as many restaurants and shops. It is situated in a quiet area providing both convenience and a peaceful atmosphere. The Great Orme tram station is also easily accessible from here.

underwhelming stay
excessive noise insulting rule
the breakfast was acceptable and cooked to order.
I found the room cleanliness to be questionable. I saw hairs in the bathroom. the noise levels were excessive. I could clearly hear conversations from the kitchen. i was also told not to charge my laptop while out of the room. It felt ridiculous and insulting.

unconsented move disruptive noise
I had a few issues . The cleanliness was not up to par. I found someone else's hair on a towel in the bathroom. the staff moved my belongings around without my permission, even after I requested they not clean the room. This. Finally, the noise from the kitchen was quite disruptive. I could hear conversations, including some negative comments about other guests.

Excellent Stay Near the Promenade
convenient location nearby restaurant helpful host modern bathroom
The location is very convenient. The hotel sits close to the promenade and the pier. Shops and restaurants are also nearby. The hosts carried my bag to the room for me. The en suite bathroom was very modern (it was recently renovated).

Breakfast was lovely each morning. The selection of choices was excellent. I especially enjoyed the salmon with eggs. The staff was friendly and accommodating during breakfast.
